The puppies are four weeks old today and there were lots of firsts this last week. The puppies started climbing out of the whelping box so that was replaced by a small play yard still set up in the living room. They have had a couple of short periods in our new kennel building. They have been on the back porch and out in the yard. They have started on kibble and now each get their own bowl at each of their three feedings each day. Dixie has returned to the bedroom at night and the puppies are doing well on their own overnight. In the gallery there are four shots where they piled on Dixie out in the yard yesterday.
